Acadience Learning Online (ALO) is the new assessment platform for both Acadience Reading and Math.  Beginning the second or third day of the 2024-25 school year, classroom teachers who were hired and in Skyward prior to August 5th will automatically have accounts set up by the state in ALO.

School administrator accounts will be added manually; thus, you do not need to add their names to this account.

For any other school-based personnel who need accounts in ALO, such as classroom teachers hired after August 5th, instructional coaches, or classroom aides who will be progress monitoring or benchmarking (for grades 4-6), please fill out the form below.  You will be asked for each employee's first and last name, email address, position or role within the school and if there are any special requests (e.g., if the employee needs to be assigned to a certain grade level or teacher).  Please check the spelling of employee names and emails carefully.

You will also be asked which user permissions should be assigned to each employee.  There are three options:

• View: Allows a staff member to view and enter data.
• Assess: Allows a staff member to digitally administer assessments.
• Manage: Allows a staff member to make changes to students, staff, and other account information.
